Our membership is diverse and welcoming. That’s what makes this place so special.
West Hillandale Swim Club is a private, member-owned club. All members own a share of the pool, including the land. WHSC is managed and maintained by volunteers. We limit swim club membership to ensure our pool is a relaxed, fun, and safe place.
Membership Details
Current WHSC Members may access their member accounts to renew their membership, purchase guest passes and maintain their account details via the Member Splash portal.
Single Membership
$400
Age 18 or older
Couples Membership
$495*
Two people living together, adults or children.
* Includes two adults and a child under age two.
Family Membership
$610
Adults and children living together, including caregivers
Note: Total dues include membership fee plus an infrastructure fund fee. There is an additional $300 initiation fee for new members, which may be paid over two summers.
2023 Membership Renewable Schedule
January - March 2023: Existing member renewal
April 2023: Membership opens to priority waitlist*
April - May 2023: Membership opens to the waitlist and general public*

The Fine Print
Refund Policy
Two weeks before opening: Full refund of the annual dues paid (no questions asked)
By June 15: 2/3 refund of the annual dues paid (must have a defensible reason)
After June 15: No refunds
Refund does not include any initiation fees assessed or back payments owed. If a refund is granted, membership stake is forfeited and the use of the facility is immediately revoked. Individuals receiving refunds must pay the full initiation fee again before rejoining the club.
West Hillandale Swim Club does not prorate or split memberships.
WHSC reserves the right to offer special promotions on membership fees. The rules governing a specific promotion are detailed in the Club's communication for that promotion and supersede standard policies for membership fee payments and refunds. Special promotions generally are non-refundable, unless specifically stated otherwise, and installment plans cannot be applied to them.
