Policy and Booking Details
Members may book the upper pavilion (located at the back of the pool grounds next to the volleyball court) for private parties.
Reservations for 2024 will open May 1

Details:
The pavilion may be rented for 2.5-hour time slots:
11:30 am - 2 pm
2:30 pm - 5 pm
5:30 pm - 8 pm
Your time period includes setup and cleanup for your party.
No party reservations will be taken for Memorial Day (opening) weekend, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, or during swim meets.
Requests are subject to Board approval to ensure minimal disruption to normal pool operations.

Pricing:
Pavilion Reservation: $100
Non-member Guests:
Party hosts must purchase a guest pass for each non-member guest in attendance. Guest passes are $5 for a single pass or $40 for 10 passes.
Payment arrangements for the pavilion reservation and the non-member guests can be made through your Member Splash account under “payments.”
The $100 pavilion reservation fee is due within 5 days of the Board confirming your reservation. A final head count is due one week before your event.
Hosts may be required to cover additional costs if the pool operator determines that additional lifeguards and staff are necessary.
Etiquette:
Hosts are responsible for the actions of their non-member guests.
Loud music or behavior that is disruptive to other members is not allowed at parties.
All party attendees must adhere to the swim club rules.
It is the host’s responsibility to clean up the party pavilion within the allotted time slot.
